You know it really is true that too often we don't appreciate what we have, until it's gone! For example: The size 6 I used to be or that I could run without going to the bathroom. Or perhaps loved ones that have already travelled on. Or how about Wal-Mart!
When you travel around TX you know that if there is not a Wal-Mart in the town you're in then there is most likely one in the next closest town. It's just to be expected and therefore...taken for granted.
I urge you to not take your Wal-Mart for granted! No, I don't have stock in Wal-Mart and I don't think I have relatives who work there anymore. I just miss the convenience and the familiarity of walking into a store and pretty much knowing exactly where you need to go to get something and knowing that you can go to that one store and get just about everything you need! I used to say, "I have to go to Wal-Mart again." or "I HATE Wal-Mart!" We (myself and people in my family) would call it "Wally World", "Wal-Farts" and "Wal-Marts". So we had or complaints about it. But overall, I now see that it is a wonderful happy place. A beautiful place and should be appreciated and not taken for granted.
Cause let's face it people, just like your mother used to say (And hey you probably say it to your kids!) "Starving children in (insert your favourite 3rd world country) would be happy to eat that!", the same holds true for Wal-Mart!
